One of the primary challenges with mobile applications is the need for continuous active usage, which can be inconvenient and resource-draining. GrabWay addresses this issue with its Background Mode, allowing you to optimize your experience without keeping the app constantly in the foreground.

How It Works: Upon starting the GrabWay app, you can activate Background Mode, which enables the app to run seamlessly in the background. During this time, GrabWay relies on the GPS system of your smartphone to calculate and accumulate your travel distance, ensuring that you continue earning rewards even when the app is not actively displayed.

GPS Signal Strength: For accurate distance recording, it’s crucial to maintain a stable connection. The GPS signal strength is visually indicated within the app as follows:

  • White: No GPS signal detected.

  • Red: Poor GPS signal, which may lead to inaccurate distance tracking.

  • Green: Strong GPS signal, ensuring precise distance calculation and optimal rewards.
